There are 4 vaccination centres in Perlis, 29 in Penang, 31 in Kedah, 45 in Perak, 37 in Kelantan, 25 in Terengganu, 79 in Pahang, 58 in Negeri Sembilan, 23 in Malacca, 51 in Johor, 90 in Sabah, 91 in Sarawak, 113 in Selangor, 16 in Kuala Lumpur, 4 in Putrajaya, and 8 in Labuan. These vaccination centres in each state are divided into Hospital Hubs, Vaccine Centres, and Health Clinics. There are 704 vaccination centres nationwide.
